Our clinic offers easy, convenient and affordable financing plan. We have teamed up with Hayati Healthcare which is the first company in UAE which is dedicated to patient financing. So now if your insurance does cover your big treatments you don’t have to pay all the money up-front, you can just conveniently pay it over time. You can choose your credit time length from 12 months to 48 months with competitive monthly fixed interest rates from 1% per month to 1.25% per month.

Here are the steps that you need to take for getting your financing:
1. Log on to the website of Hayati at www.hayatihealthcare.com
2. Then you can just clinic on the 'Apply Now for a Healthcare Loan' tab and use loan calculator on the left side to see what installments you will have to pay monthly.
3. After that you can complete and patient application form
4. You will have to scan and send the following documents together with your application form:-
6 Months Bank Statements
Copy of your Residency Visa page
Copy of your Passport
Official, stamped salary certificate
5. You will receive answer about you application within 48 hours after your documents were submitted
6. After approval it will be the only time when you will need to see Hayati representatives, just to sign the loan agreement and submit 'Post Dated Cheques (PDCs)
7. Then you can go ahead with you treatment plan.
Alternatively you can submit all information and documents to our reception and they will process it for you.
Requirements for applicants
You have to be a resident of UAE for at least 6 months before you can apply to Hayati.
You must be 21 years old or over to qualify for HAYATI Healthcare’s Patient Financing service.
Please make sure to have a copy of your passport with you when you are applying online so that you can easily fill in all needed information
If you don’t meet age requirement then you can ask someone older in your family to do it for you or even chare it between 2 members.
Good credit standing history is needed.
Process and administration fee of 2% from the total loan amount will have to be paid upon the loan approval. This is separate fee and it will not be deducted from you total loan amount.



Warranty:
Crowns – warranty of the clinic lasts up to 8 years, but crowns usually last up to 20 years.* Veneers – 3 - 4 years warranty.* Bonding – up to 3 years warranty.* Ceramic Fillings – up to 4 years warranty.* Whitening – 1 year warranty, but color will never go back to what it used to be.** *Actual warranty period depends on the recommendation of doctors, size of the veneers, bonding, crowns or ceramic fillings. **Warranty on whitening depends on recommendations of doctor and how often will person smoke or drink and eat products that have coloring substances in it.
